What to do with your (almost) empty bottle of dishsoap

I like saving money, so when my bottle of dishsoap is almost empty it makes me cringe to think about throwing it away. There’s always that little bit left at the bottom that you know you can use, but it takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r to get it out!

So here is what I do: open the lid, run some water slowly into the bottle (so it doesn’t foam up on you), then twist the lid back on. Voila, instant handsoap! You’ll still have to replace your bottle of dishsoap, but you’ve saved money by making handsoap with the leftovers!

Now you can easily pour it into a decorative soap dispenser and use it in your kitchen or bathroom, or just leave it in the original container and hide it away if you don’t want to keep it out.Dishsoap in the bathroom

I love being frugal, don’t you? 🙂
